We do not offer a sliding fee scale.
Concierge Pricing
The cost of participating in Premium and Enhanced Access is set on an annual basis and is payable monthly, due on the first day of each month. The fees are described below for each plan. Holistic Health Clinic will notify you at least 60 days prior to any changes in the Plan Fees. Patients can pause or cancel their Access Plan at any time.

Administrative Fees
Tasks outside of office visits will be charged at the following rates, except for concierge patients on the Premium and Enhanced Access plans, who are not necessarily subject to these fees.

Provider time includes consultation time as well as time spent ordering labs or imaging, writing referrals or correspondence, preparing pharmacy or supplementation refills, completing chart notes or forms, and editing treatment plans.
